Installed stenter
AL KHAIR DYEING operates a BRÜCKNER stenter with five chambers and gas heating. Its working width is 102 inches, approximately 2,591 mm.
The factory normally operates 8 to 16 hours daily. Production can extend to 24 hours when order volume requires it, supported by two dedicated production teams for continuous operation.

Expansion in progress
An additional stenter is planned with eight chambers and a 126-inch working width, approximately 3,200 mm. It is not yet installed or commissioned. The heating method, operating speed and production capacity remain unconfirmed and are not published.

Controlled finishing
AL KHAIR provides controlled drying, width setting and heat setting on its BRÜCKNER stenter. Machine overfeed, temperature, speed and finished width are adjusted according to the fabric construction and the customer’s approved specification.

In-house development
From sample to bulk, with the recipe controlled at every stage. The in-house sampling laboratory uses an infrared dyeing machine to develop shades under senior technical supervision, prepare laboratory dips for customer approval and conduct small development batches where necessary.
