From sample to bulk, with the recipe controlled at every stage

AL-KHAIR operates an in-house sampling laboratory equipped with an infrared dyeing machine. Our experienced team develops shades under senior technical supervision, prepares laboratory dips for customer approval and conducts small development batches before bulk production.

Fabric development

Share the composition, construction, GSM, quantity and required shade. Our team will review the program before bulk production. Multiple development trials can be arranged according to the technical requirements of the program.

01: Customer sends a physical swatch, colour reference or specification
02: The laboratory reviews fibre composition and construction
03: A laboratory dip is developed using the IR machine
04: Customer reviews and approves the shade
05: A small development batch can be processed where necessary
06: The approved recipe is transferred to bulk production
07: Fabric is finished and checked against the approved reference
